Scrap-Mart is moving to a new and larger space! In order to let their vendors know of the move, they asked the DT to create some homemade cards for the announcement. Here are the two styles I came up with. I cut the first one entirely on my Silhouette, which is great when you need to do multiples of anything. Here I used to QK digital downloads: Cityscape and Auto (moving van). The title was cut on my Sil as well using a TTF called Milk Top Girl. Click to enlarge.
For the next style I used perhaps my very favorite die of the recent Sizzix releases - the Decorative Strip Airplane Banner Die! I had to trim it just a bit to fit on this 12" tri-fold card. I LOVE this die for so many reasons. I cut my title on the Silhouette for the banner (easier to glue down welded words than individual letters when you are doing multiples) using the same TTF Milk Top Girl. The sky background paper is from Hobby Lobby. Click to enlarge.
Sorry it has been awhile since my last post. I'll try to upload some other recent projects soon! Thanks for stopping by today!
